F&B Warehouse Team Lead

Mt. Hood Meadows
•$18 - $21•Onsite

About The Position

Join the team at Mt. Hood Meadows as a Warehouse Lead in the Food & Beverage department and play a key role in keeping our mountain dining operations stocked and moving, from the loading dock to the Mazot. You’ll help make sure our restaurants, cafés, and other F&B outlets have what they need to keep guests fueled throughout the day. As a Warehouse Lead, you’ll combine physical work, organization, and leadership to keep the warehouse operation running efficiently. You’ll help receive and stock deliveries, rotate product, make restock runs throughout the resort, maintain vending machines, and assist with event setup and other operational needs. You’ll also help the Warehouse Manager and supervisory team delegate daily tasks, guide Warehouse Associates, and serve as the point person for the team when a supervisor or manager isn’t present. No two days are exactly alike, and there’s always an opportunity to jump in, solve a problem, and keep things moving. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative in a physical, fast-paced environment. Prior food & beverage, warehouse, leadership, maintenance, or related experience is valuable, but just as important is the ability to understand direction quickly, communicate clearly, and help the team succeed. If you’re looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can work on your feet, make an impact behind the scenes, and still have plenty of opportunities to enjoy your mountain home, this could be a great fit. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
