About The Position

Cole's Flea Market is looking for an independent, energetic, friendly, highly motivated-beer minded team member to join our Concessions team!

The ideal candidates must have a passion for people, EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and a self-starting work ethic. This position will be responsible for serving food to our guests and ensuring that customers have a positive and memorable experience.

 This is a Part-Time, weekend position (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-5pm). We are motivated to hire immediately - Apply Now!

Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull and safely lift and carry Inventory.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening and closing duties.
• Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
• Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations.
• Follows all local and state health regulations.
• Requests customers’ orders and enters the order into the register 
• Notifies kitchen of shortages and special orders
• Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures
• Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary
• Provides purchased good to the customer
• Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments)
• Assist in all areas of concessions department, as needed
• Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary
• Uses equipment correctly.
• Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
