The Supervisor at the Verdi Grillhouse and Casino will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure our guests receive exceptional service. This is a working Supervisor position, this person will be taking on tables when needed, expediting and overseeing the service guests receive as part of the Supervisor role - this means they will receive tips on top of their hourly pay. Other duties will include breaking the bar and restaurant staff, assisting in ordering, covering shifts as needed, assisting in new-hire trainings, promoting positive guests relations as well as handling complaints or concerns when they arise.
