Oversee the shift while on duty in order to create a pleasant dining and beverage experience that will ensure guest satisfaction. While performing the duties in this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members. This role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies, maintaining high standards of guest services, supervising day-to-day activities of restaurant front-line team members, and assisting with administrative functions. The supervisor is also responsible for serving guests, maintaining supplies and venue stock, ensuring adequate staffing, training personnel, covering shifts, and handling cash transactions when necessary. Additionally, the role includes maintaining cleanliness of front-of-house areas, bars, and equipment, assisting with product receiving, managing keys for bars and cigarette machines, and ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized before closing. The supervisor must also enforce health department guidelines, handle guest issues professionally, promote core values, manage confidential information, and complete required training. Monitoring compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements and anti-money laundering policies is also a key responsibility.
