About The Position

At Turfway Park and Gaming, the Food and Beverage Shift Leader will oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role.
• Experience creating shift schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain KHRC License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members, assign duties, and create schedules.
• Monitor performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Report any issues that arise during the shift to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coach team members and train new staff.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
