Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role.
- Experience creating shift schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members, assign duties, and create schedules.
- Monitor performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
- Report any issues that arise during the shift to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Coach team members and train new staff.
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
