About The Position
We’re looking for a fun, friendly, energetic F&B Server / Breakfast Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy great people, great food, and the opportunity to grow with family owned properties, this role is for you. This position involves being the friendly face that convinces guests mornings aren’t that bad after all, setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, serving coffee with speed and accuracy, and keeping the breakfast area tidy. It also includes classic server duties such as welcoming guests, taking orders, serving meals, checking in with diners, clearing and resetting tables, preparing guest checks, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant, lounge, and service areas. The role requires living company values and bringing positive energy to the team.
Requirements
- A friendly, professional vibe—you make people feel welcome just by showing up.
- Strong communication and problem-solving chops.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability for the job: lifting, bending, carrying, walking, pouring coffee while dodging toddlers, etc.
- Food handling permit (or willingness to get one)
Responsibilities

- Help set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast buffet so it looks Instagram‑worthy at all times.
- Serve coffee with speed, accuracy, and the enthusiasm of someone who knows it’s liquid gold.
- Keep the breakfast area tidy, refreshed, and ready for round two… or five.
- Handle guest questions with grace and good humor.
- Welcome guests with a warm, confident smile.
- Share menu specials, take orders, and make recommendations.
- Ensure meals are served correctly and on time.
- Check in with diners—are they happy? Hungry? Ready for dessert?
- Clear and reset tables.
- Prepare guest checks with accuracy.
- Keep the restaurant, lounge, and service areas spotless and safe.
- Live our company’s values and bring positive energy to the team.
