This role oversees nightly bar operations, requiring the manager to be on-site during evening and late-night business hours. The F&B Manager is responsible for daily beverage operations, staff management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations to drive profitability. This includes creating menus, managing budgets, and ensuring high standards of service across various hotel outlets, lounges, pool bars, and event spaces.
