About The Position

Essential Job Functions Create a warm, welcoming dining experience and build strong guest relationships Lead service on the floor, handle guest concerns, and ensure timely follow-up Supervise daily F&B operations, including Maleza, pool, and event outlets Maintain readiness of all workspaces, equipment, and product levels Oversee opening/closing procedures and uphold cleanliness and safety standards Train, coach, and develop team members; lead daily lineups and reinforce service standards Assist with scheduling, payroll accuracy, and labor cost management Manage inventories, par levels, ordering, and COGS control Track product transfers, comps, pricing accuracy, and month-end inventory Support menu updates, seasonal drink specials, daily pop-ups, and beverage program standards Maintain accurate pricing and offerings in Shopify and other ordering platforms Collaborate with leadership on promotions, revenue strategies, and brand initiatives Support catering and event operations, including staffing and menu coordination Assist with community engagement to drive local awareness and partnershipsThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the associate occupying this position. Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management or F&B leadership experience
  • Experience overseeing events, banquets, or high-volume service operations
  • Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Skilled in training, coaching, and motivating teams
  • Comfortable with inventory systems, ordering platforms, and basic financial reporting
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
  • Tech-forward mindset with the ability to learn and leverage new systems
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • A passion for hospitality and involvement in the local food & beverage scene
