Supervise the daily operation of all beverage service areas and team members while carrying out supervisory responsibilities. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining high guest service standards, and leading beverage venues to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The supervisor will monitor staffing, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure adherence to operational standards and policies. A hands-on approach is expected in setting and maintaining service standards, motivating the team through coaching and goal setting, and conducting regular inspections of beverage outlets. The position also requires participation in inventories, directing staff to ensure favorable guest experiences, and maintaining the security of confidential information. Compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements and anti-money laundering policies is also a key responsibility.
