About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of their operations within the guidelines established by the client organization and the corporation. They are further responsible for providing the highest professional standards possible and are given the authority necessary to accomplish these objectives.

Requirements

  • College degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Comfort using common computer operating systems and tools, with a strong emphasis on Google Suite and Microsoft products
  • Previous hiring experience required
  • Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code
  • Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
  • All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Must comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards
  • Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs
  • Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions to ensure monthly budgets are hit
  • Demonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness
  • Build teams to be customer-focused and solutions-oriented, all while being flexible in constant change
  • Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client

  • The annual salary range for this position is $60000.00 per year - $70000.00 per year . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
