About The Position

The F-35 Training Systems Site Activation Analyst, Senior role supports the activation of pilot training systems facilities for the F-35 program. This position is crucial for managing, analyzing, and communicating effectively to ensure the program's success. The analyst will support the Training Systems and Simulation (TSS) PMO and Product Support Management (PSM) teams in acquiring, delivering, and sustaining a fully capable F-35 training program for U.S. Services, partner nations, and FMS customers. Key responsibilities include leading site activation meetings, readiness reviews, and integrated support engagements. The role also involves driving PSM support objectives such as lifecycle support, site surveys, activation planning, contract requirements, working groups, and facility design. The analyst will interface with the client and review artifacts like FRDs, WSPDs, and bed down plans. Requirements

6+ years of experience working with DoD projects and civil or facilities engineering projects
Experience with U.S. services or international clients and their projects
Experience supporting aircraft facility, hangar, or training site design reviews and site activation
Experience with the review, assessment, or development of ship and basing requirements documents such as Facility Requirements Documents (FRDs), Weapon System Planning Documents (WSPDs), or bed down plans
Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of pilot training system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the deployment of pilot training systems, subsystems, and equipment
Knowledge of the pilot training system equipment lifecycle phases
Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and FMS
Ability to work with pilot training systems or full mission simulators hardware components, and interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management

Ability to prepare and present verbal and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management
Ability to speak, read, and write in a foreign language
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
