F-35 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Analyst
About The Position
The F-35 Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Program Analyst provides coordination and technical support for Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) data management activities supporting the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO). This role supports the collection, validation, adjudication, and reporting of maintenance event data within the Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS). The R&M Program Analyst serves as Chairperson for assigned site Reliability & Maintainability Review Boards (RMRBs), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of maintenance data used to evaluate system reliability and sustainment performance. This role collaborates closely with OEMs, government stakeholders, and the Joint Reliability and Maintainability Evaluation Team (JRMET) members to resolve technical issues, analyze performance trends, and support continuous process improvement. This position requires strong technical knowledge of aviation maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of military aviation maintenance experience.
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance data systems, reliability reporting processes, and sustainment operations.
- Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Review and process maintenance data in support of JRMET adjudication processes.
- Provide training and technical guidance to maintenance personnel on proper entry of maintenance event data within CMMS.
- Support JPO Reliability & Maintainability interests at site meetings as required.
- Assist in resolving product design, development, and sustainment related technical issues identified during R&M reviews.
- Identify trends within FRACAS data to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance the efficiency of maintenance data adjudication processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to RMRB activities, including meeting minutes, metrics reporting, and performance summaries.
- Prepare and deliver monthly RMRB adjudicated maintenance event data supporting System Development and Demonstration (SDD) R&M requirement metrics.
- Develop and distribute monthly Site RMRB meeting minutes, metrics summaries, and performance documentation.
- Support preparation and delivery of reports that track system reliability performance against established requirements.
