About The Position

In this key role, you will manage large scale program execution and expand business across Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) including areas such as Sustainment Operations, Maintenance Systems, Avionics, Propulsion, Supply Chain, and Depot Integration. You will lead strategies to optimize logistics systems, enhance weapon systems’ supportability and maintainability, and ensure delivery excellence, cost management, and risk mitigation. You will engage with customers at all leadership levels, lead teams, guide delivery of tailored innovative solutions, conduct business development activities, and strengthen Booz Allen’s position in next-generation logistics and sustainment markets. Requirements

15+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and sustainment operations supporting defense programs, including aviation platforms such as the F-35
10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
10+ years of experience as an operations officer, maintenance officer, or lifecycle logistics professional
Experience in identifying, capturing, and expanding new business opportunities
Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging customers and industry partners at all levels
Ability to manage delivery, cost, and risk on a large complex technical program
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or Defense Studies

Nice To Haves

Experience with cutting-edge logistics, sustainment, or supply chain technologies
Master's degree in Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Aerospace Engineering
Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Certification
