We are seeking multi-disciplined Industrial Security Specialist to join the F-35 JPO program in Arlington, VA. This is a proposal effort with award expected late-2026. The F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) supports development, acquisition, fielding, modernization, and sustainment of the F-35 joint strike fighter. The F-35 JPO Security Directorate provides full spectrum multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information across its enterprise and throughout the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle. The role of the Security Specialist-Industrial is to support and provide SME-level guidance related to protection of classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), ITAR, and proprietary information developed by or entrusted to U.S. industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). You will manage security requirements and other security documentation (such as DD Forms 254s) in support of the JPO classified contracts are appropriately identified and implemented in accordance with organizational requirements; CPI, MCC, and MCF are protected at industry locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years experience in the industrial security arena, managing classified information and systems
  • Specialized experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.
  • Secret Clearance Level Must Currently Possess
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Master's preferred
  • Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire
  • TS with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

  • Support and provide SME-level guidance related to protection of classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), ITAR, and proprietary information developed by or entrusted to U.S. industry operating under the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
  • Manage security requirements and other security documentation (such as DD Forms 254s) in support of the JPO classified contracts are appropriately identified and implemented in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Ensure CPI, MCC, and MCF are protected at industry locations.
