About The Position

As a F-35 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with the F-35 FMS country team, industry, and foreign liaison officers. Requirements

8+ years of experience working with projects involving foreign nations
Experience with international agreements and projects
Experience with acquisition logistics and program management
Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of program management and acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical program requirements
Knowledge of federal laws and DoW regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and foreign military sales
Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience working with foreign counterparts, including in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility
Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and Sustainment
Experience as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) involving Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs
Experience working with data analytics and with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management
Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process such as case development, implementation, execution, and closure
Ability to prepare and present convincing verbal and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management to effectively prove and justify significant deviations from established sustainment policy and defend necessary modifications to previously approved plans
Ability to speak, read, write, and explain aviation topics in a critical Middle Eastern language
Possession of excellent diplomatic skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance
