About The Position

Booz Allen is seeking a lead program manager to guide an acquisition program through its lifecycle and help the client address complex challenges. The role involves organizing and coordinating program objectives and directing a team as it navigates requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. The program manager will support the client’s mission and modernization efforts, identify opportunities to grow the business, and apply program management expertise in problem management, strategic planning, and contract review.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience supporting a program office, such as a DoD acquisition program office.
• Experience with DoD aviation acquisition or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes.
• Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DoD 5th Generation fighter aircraft acquisition.
• Experience working in a DoD classified program.
• Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly visible program.
• Ability to communicate and work across multiple teams and with leadership.
• TS/SCI clearance.
