As an Engineering Project Manager, you’ll lead high visibility modernization or sustainment programs that directly enhance critical national security capabilities. You’ll work alongside world class engineers and senior leaders to deliver cutting edge solutions on time, on budget, and with unmatched quality—making a tangible impact on mission success worldwide. Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills; capable of briefing senior executives and external customers
  • Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated baseline reviews, risk registers, and agile/SAFe execution
  • F-22 platform experience
  • Knowledge of F-22 engineering systems, processes, and teams
  • Engineering project management experience
  • Ability to obtain F-22 SAP clearance

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end ownership of modernization or sustainment projects.
  • Serve as the primary focal driving the technical solution across multiple engineering disciplines.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and schedule risks.
