The Sr. Systems Engineer, F-16 Aircraft Modifications requires technical program management and systems engineering expertise in acquisition, technical program management, engineering program oversight, systems engineering, USAF acquisition milestone reviews, and avionics integration. The role involves planning and executing projects related to systems integration, working with government program managers on integrated master schedules, and interacting with contractors, vendors, SPOs, and senior military/civilian personnel. The Systems Engineer will assist in translating user requirements into systems-level requirements and acquisition documents for F-16 upgrades and modifications. This includes assisting with program execution, participating in source selection, reviewing technical documents, performing trade-off assessments, and acting as a liaison between NGB/A5 and the F-16 SPO program management/engineering team. The Systems Engineer will lead the technical team to meet acquisition milestones and reviews, and will brief program status, risks, and design reviews to USAF leadership, stakeholders, and users.
