About The Position

You will be the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the Production Completion Team which is responsible for overseeing the final assembly of aircraft and ensuring all specifications are met. As the F-16 Production Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing final‑assembly activities, coordinating cross‑functional resources, and guaranteeing compliance with engineering, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Experience reading, interpreting, and understanding engineering drawings and publications.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience managing to KPIs: safety, quality, cost, schedule.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

Lead the final assembly of F‑16 aircraft, ensuring sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems meet all specification thresholds.
Manage the recruitment, training, performance assessment, and work assignments of subordinate staff.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and DCMA representatives to resolve technical issues and maintain compliance.
Track schedule and budget performance, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the completion team.
