About The Position
Assemble or fabricate electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment, including the operations of mechanical machinery, calibration equipment, power tools, and electronic tooling. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Collaborate with a team under general supervision and provide guidance for less experienced team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience performing aircraft maintenance tasks as an electrical and environmental specialist on F‑16 aircraft
- Knowledge of F-16 Electrical and Environmental
- Ability to perform on-aircraft physical tasks associated with F‑16 aircraft maintenance
- Ability to perform repetitive movements, including standing, working overhead, and using hands to grasp and feel
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience performing aircraft maintenance tasks on F-35 aircraft
- Associate's degree
