Requirements

Optical experience — you know your way around frames, lenses, and prescriptions
Retail or sales experience — you're comfortable guiding customers and closing a sale
Great people skills — you genuinely enjoy helping others
A dependable, detail-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
A can-do attitude — you're often the go-to person in the room

Responsibilities

Be the friendly face patients see first — guiding them through a personalized eyewear experience from start to finish
Help patients pick frames and lenses that match their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
Run pre-testing and support patients through their exam, working alongside our optometry team (connected virtually) and our Licensed Opticians
Share your know-how on eyewear care and current promotions
Build real relationships — the kind where patients come back and bring their friends
Keep your store looking sharp, organized, and welcoming
