Eye Clinic Call Center
About The Position
The Eye Clinic Call Center role supports patients by answering phone calls, helping schedule appointments, assisting with payment collection and balance inquiries, and maintaining and updating patient charts. The role also coordinates referrals and prior authorizations. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and committed to excellent customer service. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance plans, effective verbal and written communication skills, and computer literacy are needed. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred, but the clinic will train the right candidate. A high school diploma or GED is required.
