About The Position

Own the Process as an Extrusion Process & Machine Specialist. This role involves stepping into a shift and knowing exactly how to move a production line from idle to peak performance by dialing in temperatures, speeds, and pressures, and proving it with precise measurements. The position is hiring immediately in Canandaigua, NY. The day-to-day involves arriving for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 11:30 PM–8:00 AM shift, following Standard Line Conditions to set parameters and bring the line online. When a variance in gauge appears, the specialist will isolate the cause, tune the settings, validate with calipers and micrometers, and document the fix, ensuring strong utilization, controlled scrap, and timely quality checks by the end of the run.

Requirements

1 year or more of manufacturing experience.
Hands-on mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic skills.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Collaborative mindset and adaptability to shifting priorities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
