About The Position
Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Extrusion Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for a consistent overnight schedule. This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Requirements
- Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
- Dependable transportation and strong attendance are required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have S5 Experience

- Willing to work consistently and remain productive throughout a 12-hour night shift
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery throughout the production process
- Load raw materials into machines as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Make basic machine adjustments to maintain production standards
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor
- Assist with changeovers, material handling, and other production duties as assigned
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
