About The Position

We are seeking an Extrusion Operator to join our team. This role involves operating extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards, and troubleshooting machine issues. You will also be responsible for conducting quality checks and ensuring equipment runs in accordance with standard line conditions. This position offers competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and available shifts.

Requirements

One Year Manufacturing Experience
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
Plastic Extrusion Experience
Injection Molding Experience
Blow Molding Experience
Blueprint Reading

Responsibilities

Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
Conduct quality checks and enter results.
Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.
Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.
