About The Position

This position is for an Extrusion Operator responsible for operating extrusion and perforation equipment, performing visual inspections, packing and labeling materials, and conducting preventative equipment maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of experience in manufacturing production or related fields, and previous extrusion or similar manufacturing experience. Basic computer skills, experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under limited supervision, manual dexterity, and knowledge of workplace safety are also necessary. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and requires the ability to read and speak English. Team orientation and a customer-focused mindset are important, especially within the medical device industry. The company designs and manufactures radiation oncology medical devices to ensure accurate and comfortable treatment for cancer patients, and is a global market leader in patient positioning.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED), and 2 years' experience in assembly, maintenance, manufacturing production, or related skills.
Previous Extrusion or similar manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity and motor coordination.
Ability to work with small tools.
Knowledge of workplace safety.
Must be able to read and speak English to understand work instructions.

Must be able to work Mon., Tue., Thu., & Fri., 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
