Join the Worldwide Foam Team! Hiring 1st & 2nd shift! Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future of foam manufacturing? This is a hands-on position where you'll play an important role in producing high-quality foam products used across a variety of industries. Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring extrusion equipment that mixes, heats, and shapes foam materials into finished products.
- Paying close attention to production processes to ensure products meet quality standards while maintaining efficiency and safety.
- Setting up machines.
- Making adjustments when needed.
- Inspecting materials during and after production to ensure they meet company and customer expectations.
- Keeping accurate production records.
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly.
