Extrusion Machine Cleaner (SBO)
About The Position
This position is responsible for providing cleaning services for extrusion machines by removing grease, wax, pellets, dust, and waste materials. The individual is responsible for keeping the machines clean and removing all waste material around the machines. The role involves applying the Company’s Core Values in the work environment, cleaning leaks as soon as they occur, and keeping the floor free of wax, oil, water, grease, and pellets. The position also involves taking advantage of machine downtime for Preventative Maintenance (PM) or Corrective Maintenance (CM) to clean the machine.
Requirements
- Good attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work with solvents and cleaning agents.
- Ability to work at high areas (harnesses provided).
- Reliable personal transportation is required to travel between multiple facilities during the workday.
