About The Position
Aeroflex USA is seeking dependable, safety-focused team members to join our manufacturing team as an Extruder/Oven Operator. In this role, you will help produce high-quality rubber products by setting up and monitoring extrusion and oven equipment, making process adjustments, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between Extruder, Oven, and Packaging operations.
Requirements
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate extrusion and oven equipment.
- Monitor temperatures, line speeds, and production processes.
- Inspect product quality and make adjustments as needed.
- Read and follow production instructions and specifications.
- Record production information accurately.
- Communicate with team members to resolve quality or production issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Report equipment problems and safety concerns.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Rotate between production workstations based on business needs.
