Extruder Operator - Nights
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Extruder Operator to join our team for the night shift. This role involves operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for candidates with prior extrusion operating experience. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, proficient in basic math and tape measure usage, and capable of problem-solving. Forklift operation experience is also required. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks including standing for long periods, walking, sitting, stooping, bending, twisting, and using hands fully.
Requirements
- Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Able to read a tape measure to 1/16".
- Ability to problem solve and do basic math.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, sit, stoop, bend, twist, and full use of hands.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Extrusion operating experience is a huge plus.
