Requirements

  • High school diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or equivalent education.
  • No previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, production procedures, safety requirements, and quality documentation.
  • Ability and willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
  • Basic English communication skills, including the ability to understand written and verbal work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying, measuring, and transporting the correct quantities to the designated production area.
  • Report any deviations from standard processes and accurately document process start and completion times.
  • Operate production and processing equipment in accordance with established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor equipment performance and production processes to maintain target production rates and identify operational issues.
  • Perform initial product quality testing and release activities to verify products meet established specifications and quality standards.
  • Verify labels and packaging materials to ensure correct product identification and compliance with established labeling procedures.
  • Package finished products according to work instructions and H.B. Fuller quality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, standard operating procedures, and all applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through routine housekeeping activities.
  • Accurately complete production documentation, batch records, and other required operational records.
  • Communicate equipment issues, process deviations, safety concerns, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Production leadership.
