About The Position

We are now hiring for Extrusion Machine Operators for a Manufacturing facility in San Marcos, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing the extrusion process from raw materials through finished products, while maintaining production efficiency, quality standards, and required documentation. The schedule is for the 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. Please note that you MUST be able to train on 1st shift for the first few weeks, Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. The pay is $26/hr with an additional $1/hr shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Math proficiency.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
