What Impact You Can Make as an Extremity Sales Manager The Extremity Sales Manager (XSM) is responsible for driving adoption of AtriCure’s Cryo Nerve Block Therapy for pain management in extremity amputation procedures within an assigned geography. This role plays a critical part in expanding awareness, building clinical advocacy, and establishing the therapy as a standard of care across hospitals and health systems. The XSM will develop and execute a strategic territory business plan, prospect and close new opportunities while partnering closely with surgeons and related departments within hospital systems. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with adjacent sales teams to educate, train, and support physicians and clinical staff on AtriCure’s pain management solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable navigating complex healthcare environments, with the ability to influence across departments and at the system level. This role blends strategic planning, consultative selling, and clinical education to deliver meaningful impact for patients and providers alike.
