About The Position

The Extraction Technician Lead / EFR Technician Lead is responsible for the extraction of cannabis material using Ethanol in a closed-loop system referred to as the EFR skid. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness, efficacy, and efficiency of the manufacturing processes. The Extraction Technician Lead /EFR Technician Lead will strictly follow the company’s standard operating procedures, training, state regulations, and quality control measures to maintain production of high-quality extractions.

• Must be 21+, with a valid State ID, with no felonies, and able to pass additional background screening
• Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
• Ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, multigenerational environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
• Knowledge of state medical marijuana regulations
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve company goals
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary to complete extraction processes
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/ projects
• Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines
• Must successfully complete training to run the EFR skid
• Attendance is key in order to perform job responsibilities and is weighed heavily for this job
• Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire

Responsibilities

• Properly handle pre-extraction plant matter
• Perform extractions following standard operating procedures and training.
• Provide systematic cleaning and sanitization of the extraction equipment
• Report to the Manager of Manufacturing any issues or problems
• Report to the Manager of Manufacturing on inventory usage and the needs of EFR extraction processes
