Requirements

  • ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all documentation is completed perfectly.
  • Work with production teams as needed.
  • Be flexible and a team player with whatever tasks need to be completed.
  • Safely and efficiently transfer all extract product, completed rinses and documentation.
  • Communication shift update information to leadership.
  • Work in bean chopping room safely, following all quality standards and meeting all efficiency goals.
  • Complete cleaning and organization tasks as assigned.
  • Complete any assigned tasks given to you by leadership.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to complete various processes accurately retrieving materials for production, weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and storing products and sanitizing around facility (sweeping, compressed air cleaning)
  • Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Extract Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all process activities
  • Set up and break down the equipment and make necessary adjustments
  • Follow QC (Quality Control) sampling procedures and report QC deviations
