Role Overview Mission: The Learning Program Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and development programs that build Extra Miler capability and support Riverstones performance. This role ensures that learning initiatives are aligned with Riverstones business needs by assessing skill gaps, delivering effective training experiences, and evaluating program impact to drive ongoing development and results. Core objective: Drive growth and engagement in learning initiatives through extreme ownership from analysis to evaluation of learning programs to empower Riverstone to be the first fully integrated, coast-to-coast, big & bulky logistics company in North America.
