Requirements

• 3.0 cumulative college GPA, with a grade of B or higher in subjects to be tutored
• Recommendations from 2 faculty members on courses to be tutored in
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to others
• Current technologies supporting teaching, learning, and academic operations.
• Strong communication—oral, written, and interpersonal—with diverse audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Tutor TRIO SSS students
• Tutor in different subjects and ability to use technology in tutoring
