About The Position
The Extra Help Assistant is responsible for providing unskilled, semi-skilled labor or performing basic office tasks in a state agency or institution. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in dance, Performing Arts, Physical Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in flag choreography, color guard instruction, or auxiliary team leadership
- Strong understanding of marching band performance dynamics
- Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
