About The Position

Lead execution across a complex global third-party manufacturing network within a highly regulated medical device environment. Your role: Strengthen infrastructure, elevate operational rigor, and build scalable processes across a global spend portfolio supporting external manufacturing partners Manage multiple CMOs simultaneously—operating at both the site and strategic levels Own the operational performance of a global network of third-party manufacturers, ensuring execution excellence across supply continuity, quality, cost, and delivery Build a strong interdependent relationship across the CMO partners, and engages with site and business leadership with high degrees of collaboration Driving End to End supply chain execution and performance accountability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in process development or manufacturing engineering preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems and manufacturing validation requirements.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
  • Ability to scale processes from development to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in mechanical, biomedical, electrical or manufacturing engineering.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification.
