About The Position

Lead execution across a complex global third-party manufacturing network within a highly regulated medical device environment. Your role: Strengthen infrastructure, elevate operational rigor, and build scalable processes across a global spend portfolio supporting external manufacturing partners Manage multiple CMOs simultaneously—operating at both the site and strategic levels Own the operational performance of a global network of third-party manufacturers, ensuring execution excellence across supply continuity, quality, cost, and delivery Build a strong interdependent relationship across the CMO partners, and engages with site and business leadership with high degrees of collaboration Driving End to End supply chain execution and performance accountability

Requirements

5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in process development or manufacturing engineering preferred.
Demonstrated experience with electromechanical medical devices.
Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems and manufacturing validation requirements.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence at senior leadership levels.
Ability to scale processes from development to high-volume manufacturing.
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in mechanical, biomedical, electrical or manufacturing engineering.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
Must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN.
