AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full-time TEAM Mortgage Loan Originator to establish referral source relationships for a steady flow of loan volume from real estate brokers and other external sources, while working as a TEAM with other Loan Originators. The primary duty is to sell mortgage loans to customers away from and outside of AnnieMac Home Mortgage’s places of business. Work done at AnnieMac Home Mortgage’s offices is related and supplemental to outside sales. This role involves generating new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, real estate agents, title and escrow officers, financial advisers, CPAs, and other relevant professionals. Regularly participate in mortgage sales including, but not limited to, attending closings and open houses, and conducting seminars and other lead-generating activities. The role also includes taking borrower information, filling out loan applications, analyzing prospective borrower’s income and debt, pre-qualifying borrowers, counseling borrowers on the home buying and financing process, advising on loan products, collecting financial information and documents, providing disclosures, counseling on credit problems, maintaining contact with borrowers and realtors, ordering legal documents, and reviewing HUDS prior to closing. All accountabilities and job activities pertain to all customers of all loan originators within the TEAM.
