Requirements

• At least 2 years of residential exterior carpentry, remodeling, siding, window, gutter, or related installation experience.
• Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and installation skills.
• Good attention to detail and pride in finished work.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn and use digital tools such as JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to carry ladders, work safely at heights, and access attic spaces when required.

Responsibilities

• Install seamless gutters, downspouts, steel siding, vinyl siding, exterior trim, and flashing.
• Install windows and doors so they are plumb, level, square, and properly weatherproofed.
• Measure, cut, fit, and finish materials accurately.
• Keep job sites safe, clean, organized, and efficient.
• Work from ladders, near roof edges, and in attic spaces when needed.
• Track time, materials, and job notes using JobNimbus and QuickBooks Workforce.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and to company standards.
