We are seeking a high-performing Exterior Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior restoration projects from assignment to final walk-through. Requirements

3+ years in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration (exterior-only insurance repair experience strongly preferred).
Proficiency in Xactimate (or similar estimating software) and strong knowledge of TPA/carrier documentation requirements.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Ability to safely climb ladders, access roofs/elevations, lift up to 70 lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

HAAG Certification or equivalent damage evaluation training preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations for assigned exterior repair projects, including roofing, siding, gutters, and windows.
Source, schedule, and oversee skilled subcontractors to ensure high standards for safety, quality, and timelines.
Prepare, review, and maintain defensible exterior estimates using Xactimate, adhering to carrier and TPA guidelines.
Track project job costs, protect profit margins, and flag potential budget variances early.
Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, delivering clear communication and an exceptional service experience.
Coordinate seamless handoffs between interior and exterior repair teams.
