About The Position

Securitas is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part-Time Exterior Patrol Security Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises and conducting patrols. The Security Officer will observe and report activities and incidents, ensuring the safety of client property and personnel. This position involves frequent customer service interactions, providing information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

1 year security experience
Driver certification
Excellent Customer Service skills
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
Conduct exterior foot patrols.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
