About The Position

Canyon Ranch is hiring an Exterior Maintenance Tech for its new Austin destination, scheduled to open in October 2026. The role involves exterior cleaning and maintenance work, including pressure washing and upkeep of guest-facing areas. The successful candidate will perform physically demanding outdoor tasks, operate maintenance equipment and vehicles, follow workplace safety practices, and ensure work meets Canyon Ranch standards. The position requires dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented approach when interacting with guests and colleagues. Recruitment is underway, with anticipated start dates beginning in Fall 2026.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1–2 years of general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch standards of excellence and ability to deliver high-quality work and exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, work flexible schedules, and comply with safety regulations.
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing, exterior cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, construction, or painting tasks using commercial cleaning equipment.
• Work safely outdoors in Texas weather and carry out physically demanding tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials.
• Operate pressure washers, pumps, hoses, surface cleaners, trucks, golf carts, UTVs, and trailers.
• Follow workplace safety practices, identify hazards, and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Conduct final quality inspections and ensure guest-facing areas meet company standards.
• Interact positively and professionally with guests and team members while maintaining a high level of service.
