About The Position

Volpe Enterprises is hiring an Exterior Installation Manager to join our growing team. Volpe Enterprises is a full service/design build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add a skilled Exterior Installation Manager to join our team in North Wales PA. We are looking for energetic individuals who have a positive attitude, are professional, have the ability to take direction, work independently, and on a team. We are a growing company and are interested in individuals who are looking for career growth within our organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/building
  • Employment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independently
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee co-occurring exterior construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and safe practices
  • Ensures regulatory compliance on all caseload projects
  • Diagnose warranty issues for exterior construction projects and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crews
  • Collaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete projects on time
  • Maintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability tools
  • Manage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material orders
  • Attendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions
