About The Position
McClellands Contracting & Roofing is growing and looking to add a Project Manager to their team for the upcoming spring–fall season. This role is responsible for overseeing exterior construction projects from start to finish, serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members.
Requirements
- Prior construction or project management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work overtime when needed
- Comfortable working Monday–Friday with most Saturdays during busy periods
Responsibilities
- Oversee exterior construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met
- Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions
- Coordinate schedules with suppliers, crews, and teammates
- Manage materials, timelines, and project progress
- Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving efficiently
