Location: Central Region - Remote Pay: $20.00 Summary of duties for Account Coordinator - Landscaping / Snow Removal • Oversees a portion of a client account or various client accounts. • Follows all functional policies, and ensures compliance to all standard operating procedures • Meets expectations, all work/tasks, and ensures that progress toward goals/objectives is made • Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown for landscape and snow • Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations • Support and balance vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability • Works in various customer portals, 3rd party systems, and KBS proprietary technology • Helps identify procedural issues and trends and sharing examples of best practices with leadership • Able to carry out the essential functions of this job (with or without reasonable accommodation) without posing a specific, current risk of substantial harm to health and safety of self and others • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
