About The Position
Paramount Unified School District is hiring an Extensive Needs; Moderate/Severe Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The district serves approximately 11,500 students across 19 schools and programs. Applicants selected for an interview will be notified through Ed-Join after screening. Applicants must submit all required documents through the application website and provide three signed and dated letters of recommendation from their most current supervisors, dated within the last six months. The application and work-experience information must be current, complete, and accurate. Requirements
- Must possess a valid California Education Specialist Moderate/Severe credential.
- Must have appropriate certification to teach English Learners.
- Submit a copy of transcripts.
- Submit a credential copy by uploading the CTC summary listing credentials on the Educator's Tab.
- Submit a letter of introduction addressed to Personnel Services.
- Submit three letters of recommendation from current or most recent supervisors, signed and dated within the last six months.
- Submit an updated, detailed resume.
- Complete the AB2534 Employment History section if applicable, and update the Record of Work Experience, beginning with the most current position.
- Submit all documents through the application website.
