About The Position

This position is part of our Extended Season , requiring availability from early May through the first week of January 2027. Applicants must be able to commit to working during this entire time frame. This position is available for those ages 18+. Job Description This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse in compliance with health code, safety, and park and company operating standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance by following grooming and uniform standards in Employee Handbook.
  • Compliance with park-wide hygiene standards.
  • Strong understanding of and focus on safety and guest service.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of safety, guest service, efficiency, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to treat coworkers and guests with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to constantly improve.
  • Flexible availability with strong focus on punctuality and the ability to consistently report for all scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Ability to successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screen, as required.
  • Completion of all Warehouse certifications and training.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including meeting health code standards.
  • Check in incoming inventory per SOP and place in assigned location.
  • Receive items into inventory system accurately per SOP.
  • Practice First in/First out (FIFO) system by rotating oldest stock to front of assigned location.
  • Log all items received and retain records for future reference as required.
  • Notify recipients of product in warehouse.
  • Complete necessary requisition paperwork per SOP.
  • Reconcile invoiced quantities and transfers for products against ordered quantities and costs.
  • Advise management of any large discrepancies.
  • Create location transfers for requests placed during operating hours (hot shots/e-orders) and provide items for pickup or ensure timely delivery.
  • Complete documentation for transfers, adjustments and customer orders.
  • Retain hard copy files for transfer activity.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Other tasks as requested by management.
